​The Larry Gookin Invitational Music Festival (formerly Northwest Regional Concert Band and Orchestra Festival) is a non-competitive wind ensemble festival intended to provide a performance, adjudication, and audience opportunity that celebrates the successes and investment of ensembles in the northwest.
